Also:

...does not sound like a real answer.
Maybe something like (please check typos):
In order to reset the cookies setup for each incoming Octane request:
1. Make sure the [insert cookie names] cookies are not encrypted
2. Add the following items to the flushed dependencies in `config/octane.php`:
The issue #88 report that the cookie consent state was not being saved correctly when running Laravel 11 with Octane, something caused by Laravel Octane comportement. I added this to help people in the same use case.
